3.3. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept debit cards and UPI payments. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We offer shipping to places in India. There are no Shipping charges and there is a 12 days delivery time period after you have made the payment for your order.

4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

4.3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. TrueFit prioritizes customer satisfaction, and we have a 10-day return and refund policy in place. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

5.2. To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at [contact email] within 10 days of delivery.

5.3. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the items do not meet our return policy criteria.

a. Creating a Truefit account: by providing the relevant information for the creation of your account on Truefit and after filling in the necessary forms and providing the necessary details as may be required by us at the time of your registration. Following this, an account will be created.
